3. PRODUCT RETURN INFORMATION
3.1 Please carefully inspect your merchandise immediately upon receipt. If any item does not meet your approval, you may return it to Max E-Market LLC., within 10-days for a refund. Please be aware, that 14-21 day business turnaround is required. *Some Restrictions Apply. Shipping, handling, and C.O.D. charges are non-refundable. Return shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the customer. No returned packages will be accepted freight collect or C.O.D.. Max E-Market LLC. is not responsible for returned merchandise that is damaged in shipping.
Important: You must contact Max E-Market LLC. for a return authorization number. This number must appear on the outside of the returned package. You must include a copy of your original invoice with your shipment. All items returned for exchange or refund must be new, in the exact condition that the item was received and must include the manual and all included accessories.
Items received by Max E-Market LLC. that have been damaged as a result of inadequate packaging, misuse, neglect and or other obvious physical damage will be returned to the customer. Refund or credits will be adjusted accordingly in the event that Max E-Market LLC issues a refund. Special orders, closeouts, and products sold "as is" cannot be returned.
3.2 Max E-Market LLC reserves the rights to refuse merchandise, return the merchandise, or charge a 15% restocking fee under the following conditions.
1) Merchandise was received after the ten day trial period without prior authorization. 10-day period begins once the merchandise is received by or for the customer from the shipping carrier until the time that Max E-Market LLC receives the merchandise back at its facility.
2) The merchandise was incomplete, damaged, obviously used or scratched.
3) The merchandise shipped was improperly packaged.
4) The merchandise was ordered but delivery was refused by or for the customer

4.1 We currently accept payment by, VISA, MasterCard, Discover Card and American Express. We also accept PayPal. Only PayPal eCheck and wire transfer are accepted for International orders.

5. SHIPPING INFORMATION
5.1 We currently ship using UPS. Our shipping charges are based on the current published UPS rates. At our discretion, we may upgrade your level of service at no additional cost. We fully insure all shipments, to guarantee your delivery satisfaction. UPS ground delivery in the Continental US is between 1 to 5 business days
5.2 Max E-Market LLC. offer Free Shipping via UPS Ground within the continental US only. If the customer returns the item(s) for ANY reason except that it is defective, customer is responsible for return freight. Free shipping applies in the United States within the 48 continental states. For customers located in Hawaii and Alaska, shipping would be free to the closest continental US border and the customer would then be responsible for any additional shipping fees thereafter. Shipping quotes can be provided by your sales representative. International customers also get free shipping to the closest US border. This also applies to any freight forwarder companies you might use within the United States. Any additional shipping fees and import duties or taxes would be the customer's responsibility.
6. TERMINATION

6.2 Max E-Market LLC. may, in its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the site for any reason. Such reasons for termination include, without limitation, breach of this Agreement or if your conduct is unlawful or is harmful to the interest of Max E-Market LLC and/or its Customers, Partners, Suppliers, or Affiliates.
