ATN Trident Pro6x-CGT (NVWSTRP6C0) is a second generation plus night vision optical enhancement sight with the emphasis on the “plus”. It is a little heavy at first, weighing in at 4.2 pounds, but with time it is easy as a marksmen to adjust to the extra weight in exchange for the well defined red reticule on green field. The ATN Trident Pro6x-CGT (NVWSTRP6C0) has great battery life (60 hours) in passive mode, though use of the IR illuminator will reduce it.

The ATN Trident Pro6x-CGT (NVWSTRP6C0) easily installs onto the standard weaver rails, but its special mounting system allows for significantly more adjustment than a standard rifle sight. The remote control accessory makes adjustments to brightness, and turns on and turn off the night vision optics. The separate active IR unit increases the utility of the sight, without drawing attention to the user with any type of visible spectrum light. The unit is well worth the price.
