The OTIS-14 Thermal Image Monocular Viewer has given me state of the art thermal imaging that is unaffected by total darkness, camouflage, or even by bright lights. This system features High-res thermal imaging, focus range from 1m to infinity, video and computer output and my favorite feature is that it is head or helmet mountable for hands-free use. It's great.
