The First-Light-USA Liberator STT 999020 has 3 brightness levels, plus as a strobe and carrying holster. This handy flashlight is lightweight, takes a 3-Volt Lithium battery, and it is waterproof up to 6 feet. It was designed for easy use and I love that it has no knobs to turn or adjust. Everything is controlled with the flip of my finger. It has a retention clip/Molle ready, an instructional disc and a great users manual.
